3-4. I find it a helluva a lot easier against the spread.

I use the 3-3-5 because that's what West Virginia uses in real life.

After struggling trying to make the 3-4 defense work in 09 with completely selling out for a pass rush, I switched to the 3-3-5 and it's great. It has some great blitzes and you still have some speed out for the spread.

It depend on who I play.

My base is 4-3, but for teams that run the ball, or play the option, I do a lot of 4-4 and 5-2.

For those who run the 4-2-5, are you still able to get quality coverage out of it? I heard that it's a good blitzing defense.

hahaha, no. i hate the 4-2-5. I can't blitz at all in the 4-2-5
