CAS attribute QUESTIONS

alright, i find myself changing the attribute rating on my CAS players everyday. So I am making this thread to see what exactly other people find acceptable.

First off:
can anyone list appropriate rating numbers for speed according to forty yard dash times? (or opinions on what they should be?)

4.4-4.5

4.5-4.6

4.6-4.7

4.7-4.8

4.8-4.9

i'd list lower but the fastest guy on my team runs a 4.4 flat
(ALSO! Keep in mind that EA has lowered the amount of 4.1 and 4.2 prospects, so therefore athletes that run 4.5 might actually have a high speed rating for once)

Second:
How high should a freshman LB tackle rating be?

And the LB was a heck of a tackler and still is, i rarely every seen him whiff.

Third:
On average, how high is a freshman's awareness?

FINALLY:
On Average, how high is a freshman's OVERALL rating

Also list EXAMPLE ratings from YOUR TB team if you choose!

Thanks for the help

Re: CAS attribute QUESTIONS

thankyou this is VERY helpful
but on recent games prospects that come in at 4.5 tend to run 87-90 which is on the slower end. Where in real life a 4.5 is blazing fast

Generally with the created school I use, I assume most of the freshman recruits are three stars and lower, that would put their OVR around low 70s and below with the occasional recruit having a mid 70 OVR rating.

Awareness is waaaaaay low again for the same reason, nothing over 50. I'm a little generous with tackling ratings, otherwise all my freshmen would be 50-60 OVR so I have tackle ratings around mid to high 70s, maybe 80 but that player would be a starter.

Basically if I want to make a player worse, I lower awareness and play recognition skills. That way it doesn't matter how well he tackles, he's always out of position.
