I don't think Russ was implying this info was leaked. It seems like he's saying that they allowed GS to release some info, generate some interest, and then he or Adam or someone will follow in a few days with more detailed info. That's how I read into it anyways. I could be wrong though. I know I seem to be more on the Optimistic side of most arguments here which lands me in the minority.

No it wasn't "leaked"... if it didn't come up we would bring it up at a later date. There are plans to release information about the game in a timely fashion up till it's out. I'm going to stick to that until I hear otherwise, not a big deal really.

And no it's one per year, that goes away the next year (unless you pick them again). So in your example he would have one more state then you at that moment.

I would never pay for these things, but I don't see why everyone on here is so upset with this. it actually seems like the most sim feature ever implemented in this series.

Good, you don't have to. I won't be paying for it either. Russ did say we can get the same thing playing normally (paraphrase). So it'll be a little harder. Oh well, I welcome the challenge. I want to play against people who have these "accelerators" and still steal their recruits. Sounds fun to me.

A) Can these be used in online dynasty, and can they be disabled before it is started?

B) If they can be used online, will you be able to see who is using them?

do you know when your opponent is paying recruits in real life?
