i was questioning this for a while as well, but a dev on the teambuilder help site clarified that you can put 12 CAS into a dynasty no matter what. user or nonuser only 12 created teams can go into any one dynasty.

That's semi-craptastical, but oh well, I'll work with my 12. I'll probably just replace the 12 weakest with 12 powerhouses and have a more interesting Bowl Season. Although that may break the BCS formula (if there really is one)

Correct, 25 is tops w/o buying DLC
