For real! I thought someone labeled these consoles next gen!

It's amazing how so many other companies/games have no trouble getting much more in depth graphics and details into fast moving action in their games but EA struggles with little things like numbers on helmets..it's about time the excuses stop..this is 2009 and in NCAA 10 you're telling me they can't get the helmets right during gameplay? i thinks its leaning more towards the effort and care level they put into this game.

+1..like i said before..if i was a bama fan i'd be pissed..this is a COLLEGE football game and we deserve college football teams during the whole game(not just slow motion scenes)..the realism is the main attraction..if i didn't care about college teams or helmets i would buy backbreaker.."if it's in the game, it's in the game" right? last time i checked the numbers on Alabama's helmets were in the real game

"if its in the game, its in the game if its not during gameplay only during cutscenes"

Seriously though, its about time we take a hard look at why little things like this keep happening....im not sure its all the dev team, it just seems like this engine is causing so many problems that the last gen engine didnt cause.

Just an opinion.

Roll Tide!!

This does suck for me as a die hard Alabama fan but, I will still buy the game. I need some form of football to get me through to August 14th.

On a more positive note, I received this email from GameStop today:

When You're Ready to Turn Pro

For a limited time, when you purchase NCAA Football 10 for Xbox 360, PS3, PSP or PS2, you'll get a coupon good for $40 trade-in credit for NCAA Football 10 for Xbox 360 or PS3, or $20 trade-in credit for NCAA Football 10 for PSP or PS2 when you declare your NFL eligibility and trade it toward the reservation or purchase of Madden NFL 10 at your local GameStop. And the part in bold above is why we are still getting a terrible game every year. I mean seriously......you can't wait another month?
