Why keep getting disc unreadable on Demo?

Ive asked this question in the forums but it keeps getting lost in the good comments. I keep getting disc unreadable and there isnt a disc in the sytem it a demo. Wondering has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?
Its frustrating me cause dont know if should keep game reserved with this happenig on demo. It for sure may happen with disc and I would be wasting 60 dollars.
And to help those who may answer. Ive dowloaded and erased it like 10 times. Ive changed screen views and any othere thing I could think of and still the same havent finished a game yet.

Yes its on 360 never had problem with any other demo but this one.

Have you tried to clear your cache?

I get that every now and then myself.....I think its the HDD

Clearing the cache on the Xbox 360 is a fairly simple process, and can be useful if the system seems sluggish, unresponsive, or you just need to get rid of a game update (for whatever reason).

The most important part of clearing the cache is knowing what to expect. All downloaded game updates will be removed. So if you have downloaded an auto-update for a game, in order to play it on Xbox Live you will need to re-download it.

User game saves, profiles, demos, videos, etc. are not deleted during the process.

Clear the Cache on the Xbox 360

To clear the cache on the Xbox 360 do the following:

Go to the Xbox Dashboard, select the System Blade, and select Memory.
Highlight the HD symbol and press Y.
Press X, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, X.
You will see a confirmation message to confirm system maintenance, proceed.
