Pursuit Angles Too Perfect

Does anyone think the pursuit angles r too perfect, i mean come on. I know for a fact that florida has the fastest team in the country and i have seen rainey and james get ran down from a linebacker coming clean from the off the screen to tackle them. Its like u know u about to score when all of a sudden a player comes on the screen way down the field to tackle u. Im not saying anything is wrong with it b/c the pursuit angle last year were awful but they tuned it to the point where its almost impossible to break a really long play and score.

Another thing that I think will need to be addressed is not everyone makes a perfect pursuit angle in real life. Some players can always make the right angle, but as the talent level goes down, I think that ability should as well

I'm sure some developer on the NCAA 10 team is gonna read this and tear his hair out.

But I agree with you -- sort of. I prefer near-perfect pursuit angles to the disastrous angles we had in NCAA 09. But players with low pursuit ratings should occasionally take bad angles.

And maybe they will. Let's wait for the finished game before we flip out.

I would rather have the NCAA 10 angles than the NCAA 09 angles. Give me good rosters and sliders and about 500 other things than I'll worry about the pursuit angles being almost perfect.

that was what i thought about at first, people complain about something, they fix it, then people complain that they fixed it too much.

I'll take perfect pursuit angles over the ability to score on every play because of horrible pursuit angles any day.

but I'm pretty sure the angle the defenders take depends on the player's rating. it was talked about in the pursuit angles blog.

Lets not jump down the OP throat but also keep in mind we are talking Florida and Oklahoma. Those type of teams will have better pursuit angles taken than alot of teams.
