Something I noticed about the Demo

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that in the Demo players like Demps, Rainy, and Damarco Murray are really slow like they can be chased down by the linebackers. But when I see a gameplay video they run much faster. Is this just something to compensate for 2 minute quarters?

i have not noticed, but if i had, i wouldn't think it was because of the 2 minute quarters, i would think it would be because i was playing on Heisman difficulty and the CPU made their defense faster to make it tougher for me to run an offense.

I noticed this as well, but this year I think guys have to reach top speed. IRL Demps and Rainey dont usually hit theirs until after about 5-10yds in one direction. Murray takes up to 15yds IRL because he doesnt hit holes blindly. He actually run through holes with his body tight and doesnt loosen up until he sees daylight. EA kinda sorta got that right, but you can only see it in the runner's speed, and not the actual animation

I've noticed this and I don't like it.

I hope the finished game is more explosive and burners like Demps can outrun slower players.

The game is plenty explosive you just need a few steps for your guy to get up to speed. Players need to accelerate in real life, and while this game doesn't have it down very well, it is definitely a lot better than the speed problem of NCAA 09.
