well of course they do..they gotta make money but @ the same time i look @ the most successful companies in the world..and most of then have great customer service/satisfaction across the board..that what separates a mediocre/badly perceived company from the good/great company

I'd agree but 2K's college games sucked. They weren't competition.

It's not about competition, it's about the direction NCAA wants the game to go.
