Back on topic...In the game, the Big 12 will probably be the best. In real life, I would probably give the SEC the benefit of the doubt because of their 3 straight national titles.

It's what makes college football so great and controversial and yet is so lacking at the same time. Anyone can claim a conference as the best/toughest whatever and never has to prove it with a playoff!

Well until Suffolk, UNH, and UMass start dominating the Big East the SEC has it

I think most people picked SEC as the toughest to get through because:

A: Any team can win any given week

B: If you do make it through you're regular season schedule unshaved. you still have to make it through the SEC Championship Game.

I gotta go with the SEC as the toughest conference. The Sec has some of the best teams in the nation in Florida, Alabama, and LSU to name a few.

As a conference I think the SEC is the toughest. But as a division, I think the Big XII south is possibly the most challenging. Baylor would have to really work hard to knock off TTech, OU and Texas.
