Just got it for PS2 (lack of freshman, other questions here)

wow, they basically only needed to leave everything alone and just update the rosters for the ps2 version this year and they somehow found a way to blow it.

Well I'm still gettin it for ps2 cuz of the gameplay. The rosters can be fixed. I just don't get the fuss with the rosters. I don't care if every player on every team was #0 with zero attributes. We still have the ability to edit them. Sure, it's gonna take longer, but the gameplay is what gives the game staying power. It's worth it to me to edit rosters (just because i like real rosters, if you don't then you don't even have to) for a month if I get 11 solid months of quality gameplay until next year.

I just don't get all the fuss

I agree, yesterday I was upset when I popped the game in, but now I'm looking forward to naming rosters in this version, and just adjusting the teams that I'm going to use. I'm not that concerned a team like Purdue has no freshman, I'm not going to use them.

Yeah...the uniforms in the Phil Steele magazine aren't in the game. They just are a solid red top, with gray shoulders and black trim on the sleeves.

Ronizzle, could you tell me what play formations is in the game on offense for Ole Miss? I want to see if some form of the wildcat has been placed in their playbook for this year. It should be named Shotgun Wild Rebel (this is what it's named like on the XBOX 360 playbooks I found over at NCAA Strategies). The shotgun wild rebel has many plays with the left side WR coming in motion.
