Um...I had 4 sacks in the last game I played and none of them were long, drawn out animations. Two were blind side hits where the QB got absolutely blown up (fumbled once), one was the animation where he is slung to the ground with the defender remaining on his feet, and one was a shoestring tackle as he was escaping the pocket.

In fact, through 3 games and 15+ combined sacks between myself and the CPU I think I've seen the animation where the QB is forced back several yards only once.

if sack animations suck, then you are a sack animation, my friend.
those are actually more realistic sack anims. not every sack is just the quarterback falling instantly to the ground. get real.

The thing i dont like about the dragging sack animations is that i should have a chance to break out of it or throw the ball away or throw it inaccurately. Should have been a branching ani.

i'll just be ecstatic this year if i get to see sack animations on a regular basis. i could care less if they take 15 seconds.
