if it's like '09, you can change the quarter length in the main menus, then start/load your RtG and it'll use whatever you have set.

As soon as u change 1 thing on the options, it tells u that u are not eligible for online records....so if I take off "QB Quiz" why the hell shouldn't I be able to change the minutes if they already disqualified me? Not directed to u, but u get my point.....

Anyone notice you can't change your hair style, hair color in RTG either? I went to player appearance, and there are no options, or I'm doing something wrong.
