I was just playing Exhibition to get used to the controls and was up 38-7 in the game and after I completed a simple 5 yrd pass to my HB, I got a -50 for sportsmanship. I really wasnt trying to run up the score like it said, but actually doing small passes to kill the time.

I guess if you don't do anything but run every time in this game when you have a decent lead, the game will dock you a LOT for playing the game. Has this happened to you guys and does it tick you off as well?

Yeah, you pretty much HAVE to run the ball. One of the few drawbacks from Sportsmanship, though.

Be prepared for smart *** comments. I had the same thing happen to me. It doesn't take into account down and distance and what the circumstances are. Its flawed. Just because you pass doesn't necessarily mean you are trying to run up the score. Just something we'll all have to deal with.

Just an FYI, turn on Chew Clock. +10 sportsmanship EVERY play you run it when up big in the 2nd half.
