Hahahaha, this thread made my night...great stuff here...

Last year's worst was when you would run for 2 yards and Brad would say "Thats a great run there."

Guys, the commentary hasn't changed since like 2003. This is one of the things that have needed a do-over for a LONG TIME! They need to record all new stuff. They need other announcers doing some commentary and they need College Gameday.

This is a part of presentation and it is not good. I have known these lines for almost a decade!

Isn't great when you break a record and they mention it? Only they mention it the first time you do it again in the next game...and the one after that...and after that....and how ever many are left.

The things in this thread are why I just turn the commentary off.

I guess while we're on the subject, there is no such thing as a 0 yard gain for a TD. It should always be for at least 1 yard if you score.

And since Tackle for Loss stats are out of control, defensive players probably shouldn't be credited with one if they make a stop of only a few inches. When it goes from 1st and 10 to 2nd and 10, there shouldn't be a TFL.

I'd rather not hear Kirk question my conservative play calling when I complete a 7 yard pass on 1st down.
