Notre Dame's only win vs. a team who finished above .500 was against Navy, that was the marquee win in 2008, this is compared to:

Memphis: Arkansas State (6-6), Southern Miss (7-6)
Colorado State: Houston (8-5)
Southern Miss: East Carolina (9-5), Arkansas State (6-6), ULL (6-6)

So as I said everyone one those teams had a more impressive bowl resume than Notre Dame did.

i mean think about what you're saying. Its like youre trying to argue who the prettiest ugly girl was at the party. And its a shame that Notre Dame doesnt play a 1aa school like Kentucky did and basically a 1aa school in Western Kentucky who was in their 1st year as FBS. Or NC State with William & Mary. Those schools schedule 1aa schools so they get that automatic win. Without those 1aa schools those teams wouldnt have been bowl eligable.
