Yes lag switches exist.

People usually use them in online shooters. They are cheap and easy to make and you see more and more online everyday.

Why would anyone even play online on a ps3, they don't care about cheaters, and even if they do ban a PSN id, they can make another one for free. Cheat on xbox live and your a marked man, of course you could make another gamertag but it's gonna cost you $50 for each gamertag. Never understood how people play online with anything sony.

At 3:20 on this vid he basically says that he plays the 21 0 skunk rule...so that may be why almost every game on his last 50 is 21 0.
