Is it possible to export data from the game, like the roster of a team, to a readable format such as XML or a spreadsheet? This would make creating a website much easier as I wouldn't have to type in my roster, game results, stats, etc... on my website.

This would be a great feature to implement if it is not already.

someone might be able to figure it out.. if they could figure out EA's encryption.. but since the game files cant be copied, thats off the table.

yea.. until they either

A - Publish the online dynasty stats online and give us the object code

B - Give us read only access to a dynasty report server that has a replicated version of the dynasty's data so that we can generate our own.

Were SOL... but really, they have an option to "email stats after game" but it only works for online ranked games.. not for Online Dynasty... WTF? If we just got that email we could build a program to parse out the stats and insert them into a MySQL database and then build the application off of that.... but oh well, i guess until they start paying me.. i don't have a say :-)

It wouldn't even be that difficult. Just give us an option to export the data from the save/delete screen. Hell, I'll even take a pipe delimited file. I bet they keep the stats/info on a flat file anyway. Not familiar with gaming development, but I'm pretty sure no database is involved.

the game absolutely uses database tables to store dynasty stats.

So they should allow us to query the database and pull info as we please. Or at least give us pre-defined queries where we can save the data to an exportable file. I'm surprised EA hasn't thought of this yet.

Wouldn't it be fantastic to be able to edit the rosters on a PC and save them back to the game?
