A Kicker #1 overall recruit?!?!?

i just started a new dynasty and the #1 recruit in the country is a kicker! there are 4 kickers in the top 100 (1, 10, 81, and 91). i thought this was very odd...

i couldn't justify "playing" in a world where the best football prospect in the country was a kicker, so i started over. this time there is one kicker in the top 100 (#91). ah, back to reality

At least there were a few good kickers. Last year in 9 seasons only saw one 4* kicker and a few 3*. I could never get a good kicker so I didn't kick and the punters were not any better.

I once had a punter be the #1 overall recruit...being Jim Tressel at Ohio State I had to go get him. By the time he was a SOPH he was DISGUSTING. Averaged like 50 yards a punt. 3rd and longs I would just run and let him do his damn thing.

I saw this in my 2nd year of my dynasty, a kicker was the top overall recruit, he was a white guy named Tyrone Wright lol. Prolly my favorite prospect ive seen on the game. He chose Texas over me tho.

I've seen a fullback the number one recruit, as well as a kicker. Usually if a Kicker is number 1, he's over 90 overall. Had that happen on 09. Only ever 5 star kicker I saw was a 91 overall.
