Anyway to do this in dynasty mode? I go to change the profile thing and it saves it as whatever i save it as. But when i go to practice mode or to start a game it defaults to the damn teams origianl stuff. Anyone able to help with this or is it a bug that is just driving me nuts?

you can change the offensive playbook in Team Management > Sim Strategy.

however there is not a way to change the defensive one so that it'll work in practice mode within dynasty mode.
