i agree abot the ATH. i almost always convert them to WR/CB. sometimes HB. and yes i usually never find good FB's so i convert TE's and they work very well. I had one grow into a 96 before he gradated. but i threw to him a lot in the redzone. i also love changing big safeties to OLB's and other LB's to DE positions. you can usually get a nice ratings boost if you look at their attributes/ sizes and find another position to play. i have lots of depth at LB so i move them around a good bit.

im still waiting to find a 350+ lbs DT to convert to a FB though

I have certainly had my share of making ATH's into defensive backs or wideouts or even the occasional halfback but the best athlete I recruited actually had the highest rating at QB and while he probably won't ever start for me I can use him in certain formations for option type plays.
