Wow... you're lucky. I never get good Corners. I always end up converting my safeties (I get a ton of great safeties) and it kicks them up +3-4 in their rating... The upside is having 4 safeties in the game at the same time just means my secondary is beastly.

I had a QB with 84 OVR and 90 SPD, and I had a WR enter as an 86 with 94 SPD (who is the highest rated freshman I've had in a dynasty).

Oddly enough, both of them were walkons. I don't recruit kickers and punters, as I've had a great deal of success with walkons, many of which enter in the 70s or 80s.

Walkons in the 80's? Wow. The best walk-on I got was a 52 MLB.

I got a Freshman QB 86 OVR and 86 speed. I coach Alabama and said recruit happened to be from Tuscaloosa, I found that odd.

I got the #1 overall new recruit in the offseason in my online dynasty. He's a 91 OVR defensive tackle. 6'7", 302 lbs, ran a 4.58 40 time.

He's an absolute freak. Absolute. Freak.

This is freaking crazy, you may want to convert him to a FB or TB.

it seems like everyone whos gotten the 91 ovr players are dtackles.. in my OD i got the #1 dt and he was also a 91

I had an 85 overall walk on wide receiver in my CAS dynasty first year. That's was the craziest thing I've ever seen.

It does make sense for kickers, though. Some schools don't offer them scholarships and they turn out to be great.
