Me neither but I think this is a little trivial. There are many other things to bitch about than something that happened once and may only happen a couple times.

it happens a lot more than once if you play someone who run commits to the middle. i havent really looked at a replay of it but its also seems like multiple people instead of just one player shooting the gap. it is what it is, its tecmo bowl, only with the added benefit if you pick wrong its still likely on a toss play that the qb will get tackled before he can toss it. if anything, you're more likely to see a qb get his foot stepped on in real life than to see him get tackled before getting the ball to the rb, toss play or regular handoff for that matter.
