We think we figured it out. This will happen if one of the two players (but not both) goes into dynasty practice before starting the online dynasty game. You can "clear" the bug out by exiting to the main menu and reloading your dynasty after you practice.

I would like to thank Adam for continuing to look into this problem. It has been a frustrating one, and something that's been hard to figure out for us. obviously we never did, although one guy was telling everybody to restart their 360 and re-enter the game (which did work but was just a little more than we needed to do).

Adam, thanks a lot man, I know you're already probably working on some things with the new game, appreciate you not giving up on this.
