Substitution Settings are ********

Why is it that I have 800 wide receivers but my cornerbacks are coming in to play WR for half the freaking game?

Why is it that when my starting DE's get gassed they just don't come back in the game at all? What the heck is going on? Is this a bug? Is there something I can do about it?

Re: Substitution Settings are ********

There are about 20+ threads on this. Look in the bugs/glitches and impressions threads for more detail. Here are the crib notes:

1. Auto-subs~ once a player fatigues too much he will not
return. Therefore don't put your subs in/out above 84/85

2. There are no subs on defense

3. Subs are broken 100% in this game~ only the RB and WR's
will ever sub.

4. no formation subs yet again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fatigue(subs) and Progression were both missed in patch two.

Re: Substitution Settings are ********

I hate it when I do mass subs for offense and defense, then I have my starting HB coming in at LINEBACKER??? So i have to go in and manually do all the subbing to prevent that stupid problem.

Wow, that is weird. I have never had that problem when mass subbing. I have had my starting QB actually stay in after I mass subbed but thats it is it. No wrong players in positions or anything.

Check you depth chart and make sure you fill in any the blank spots with a proper player may be the problem. I saw that somewhere but don't remember where.

What do you have your sub in/out settings set at?
