When you have to cut players in the offseason how many are you allowed on your team at one point? am starting a dynasty and I am going to write down stuff like how many players I will keep at one position.

If I am remembering right I think it is 70.

You can get 25 in the offseason regardless of how many you have on your roster after the season. You just cut the excess in the pre-season. You don't need to limit yourself to 16 for example if that's how many you lost.
