When are they usually(the rosters) posted for downloading the roster into the game NCAA 2004, I know it will get released the 17th of July, but will the rosters be up and running before then, or as the game is released, or afterwards

think about your question a second...the people that create the roster downloads need to have the game to do it. Therefore, it's gotta happen after the game's been out. All those teams, at about 55 players a team, takes a while, especially with work, and life. It's well worth the wait though. I usually just put in the Michigan rosters and that tides me over till I can download the real ones.

There usually is someone who throws together a roster file about 3 or 4 days after the release with a lot of spelling errors and a few made up player names, but the more accurate rosters come out just over a week after the release.
