I have Madden and it has its flaws, but is still relatively fun. I know about NCAA's shortcomings, but I'd like to know from those who have played it if it has good game play after the patches. I like college football exponentially better than the NFL, but this year I couldn't support what I think is a half-done game. With that said, does it have a good enough game of football for a used buy?

my opinion yes.

The good thing about buying used is that if you get it from Gamestop, then you have 7 days in which to return it if it turns out to not be a fun game for you. So, if you're definitely going to buy used, I'd say go ahead and buy it and then return it if you dont' like it.

I love it. I think college football is more fun anyways and while the game has a couple of issues, its still one of the best football sims I've ever played.

i love it play it everyday, but i would suggest you rent it first.

it is terrible, its the same trash they put out every year. they fix a few things, only to add more gimmicks to break the gameplay. if you liked any of the previous years, then you will like it. if you didnt, then you will hate this one even more.

otherwise like everyone else has suggested, rent it first.

DO NOT GET THIS GAME!

If you play on Heisman it gives the CPU super hero abilities and the games are predetermined. You cannot use the hitstick because they will break the tackle using their super hero abilites. This game is horrible and I would get my mone back if I could!

super hero abilities? I play on heisman with the sliders helping the cpu and haven't seen any super hero abilities. I use the hitstick often without problems... sometimes u will miss the tackle(irl big hits don't always bring the runner down) or if u miss time it u stumble, but I enjoy the game not perfect but better than the other next gen ncaa's. definatly rent but if u enjoy college I think u will like it
