When will the servers be back up?

It's been a week now and I have so much trouble getting into my online dynasty. It takes at least 30 minutes of trying to get in and then if I do recruiting or play a game I almost ALWAYS have to redo it and I would like an explanation. Please don't just tell me that I should go play another game, I paid good money for this and it never works right.
