I don't because they are already halfway through their college career and they do not get a chance to reach full potential because they are already "there". Do you guys get them or are you like me and go right by them?

i would on a position like the O-line...or Defense...and only way if i do if his awareness is really high like C+ or better

Sometimes. Just depends on if I'm in DIRE need of a position and he's available.

Recruiting a couple right now in the safety position.

I do when I'm building a program to get some of "my guy" on the team or to fill spots that are really needed. some of the Juco players are freshman(going into their soph. year) so they have 3 years to progress.

in my last season in my offline dynasty with MTSU, I was losing my entire CB crew. I recruited 5 CB, 2 were Jucos, the others were from High School. the Jucos are now my starters, allowing my Freshman to sit out and "learn".

Depends on my needs, their "rating," and what else is out there for that position. I have no problem signing a 4 star juco then redshirting him. I get 3 years out of him that way, and can save a HS recruit an extra year with a redshirt.

I tend to stay away from them for the same reason, but I've been stuck to sign some in my OD because alot of the qb's dont fit my system and the Juco's have.

i only do when i dont have 25 recruits by week 4. But man i got this one CB for my first season at Louisville(i wanted to start 4 seasons in and witha 3 star team) and he was a 77 ovr and my dime CB. By his senior year(came in as a Soph) he is my shutdown CB at 92 ovr. I love that guy but i also love every player from my first class. I may cry when he leaves. I hope he makes the Madden cuts lol
