Alabama's offense

What playbook best mirrors Alabama's offense this year? It's wildly different than last years offense, so the NCAA playbook this year simply does not apply.

I am sure this has been addressed before, but I cannot find a thread for it, so my apologies for any duplication.

Re: Alabama's offense

Indiana's playbook has one Pistol, a few Ace and Shotgun(with the Wildcat) formations. It's the closest I've seen so far.

Re: Alabama's offense

Va Tech's is close but other than the wildcat the shotgun formations suck. I gave up trying to find a good one that has the wildcat and went with LSU's because of the better pistol plays plus some I Formations. I played a guy one day that used I think San Diego State's playbook and it looked equally good.

This is exactly why we need create-a-playbook. People holler about create-a-play but it would be to glitchy. Set it up with a point system on how many formations/plays you can have. I would also like to see team specific defensive playbooks. The predator formation from Madden would be nearly unstoppable in NCAA.
