this is what I use if I'm not using all balanced. if holding penalties become a problem, I set hold blocks to conservative.

I set Strip Ball to conservative, because the face mask penalties kill me if I don't.

I also set Big Blocks and holding blocks (not sure if these are the right names) to conservative because I still have a great run game 150+ yards).
