Well if you look at the team I am using it does kinda explain a lot. Not a great team by any means.

Thanks to the others that gave helpful information. I will take the tips and see what I can do. I am trying to make as a realistic game as I can so I don't expect to always be at the top of stats all the time, but feel they should fall in line a little better. I don't think I am running nowhere near 130-140 plays a game. Not 100% positive on that though. Thanks again.

I use C and lower teams a lot and I'm always at the top.

Never really had a problem with tackles...with 5 minute quarters, yeah. But I pick my plays really fast and sprint to the line every down. In past years games my problems were always that my DBs always led in tackles, but that was because the CPU would run the ball 6 times per game and pass 50.

I absolutely love that my LBs are my top tacklers instead of my safeties and corners like in '09!

Yeah, I play with the SS and I always lead in tackles with about 140 tackles. Linebackers are just way to slow laterally in this game, I just can't play with them.

Oh, I also playing a dynasty using Illinois and was looking through the leaders in the Big Ten.that we together a team.

The quality of your D goes a long way in tackle stats... now I have a lot of three and outs and my D stats are way off.
