I have two running backs that are 95 and 89 in my dynasty with a 83 overall and speed quarterback, a have no receivers and they can not catch at all. wht playbook should i run?

You should use Air Force. That way you can run option and have your two backs both on the field at the same time. Then you can also use your fast qb. It also has enough other formations that you do not have to solely rely on the flex bone.
