if HB sub is anything over 85(i think) they will eventually be too tire to come back in if used too much. a player never returns to 100% during a given game. they can only get back to 100 after a week rest(basically until next game).

You're running your players into the ground. Sub liberally, even when a guy isn't even tired. Keep them fresh for late in the game.
