creating new coaches

i know this has been asked before, but i can't find it.....

does anyone know how to create a new coach? i wanna take another team to the big game, but i don't want my current coaches to leave their respective schools.

In dynasty mode:
dynasty setup > coach positions > press A to bring up coach options and then select create coach

once you create the coach find a job

Is there a way to change what playbooks it defaults to. It keeps putting my playbook to 1 back and defense to 4-3. I dont see an option to change it.

It's under Sim Strategy

sim strategy works good for offense, but I can't get it to change for D. what has worked for me is backing out to the main menu and going into preferences and then setting it to whatever playbooks I want. it changes your profile and makes those playbooks default for either play now or dynasty games.
