where can i get the roster on the cpu so i can upload to my ps3??

Unless there's some **** I don't know about, I think it's impossible. EA made it damn near, if not, impossible to share files unless you DL them from EA Locker. If you have access to EA Locker, I recommend either pastapadre's rosters (usable online), or luvtotha9s' rosters (about as up-to-date as possible).
