Coaching Carousel?!.....Kind of

I just realized in my fifth year of my dynasty that you can edit coaches, now i always knew you could do this but what i just realized is that you can make a new coach at a new school whenever. so i thought why not make the new coaching changes? so i made a new coach at notre dame,Kelly. A new one at USC,Kiffin and it seems like your own kind of carousel. the bad thing is that they never leave so it isnt really a carousel, but u can move them to a different school whenever you want which i think is kind of neat but they lose their previous stats which is the downside. so what do you guys think?

Yeah i haven't ever really messed with the coaching thing to much because it is pretty lame. The coaches never move and when you look at school ratings the best schools always have coaches with high prestige and experience. Next year they should implement coaching changes/coaching staff stuff, etc. etc. to make things more dynamic.

Yeah rallymonkey, the coaching system in this game is pretty terrible and what sucks is that if you are trying to make your way through the ranks is that say you leave northwestern after some good seasons to a struggling Oklahoma, Stoops would go to Northwestern and not have another oppurtunity. Kind of lame and I hope it is in 11.
