Not only do they need to fix the arc of the ball, they need to fix the speed of the ball too. My 3rd string freshman QB can throw with such velocity as to put Brett Favre (in his prime) to shame.

Next gen madden and NCAA have had issues with ball trajectory. The biggest illustration of this issue is the complete inability to throw a fade route. Madden has plays for a fade route this year, but you can't put enough air under the ball to make it work correctly.

There's nothing I loved more than in the old 2k football games than getting near the goaline and lobbing a fade route to a tall wide receiver near the back of the end zone.
