Are sliders at default in user vs. user OD games?

I've heard this, but I am not sure. I know it definitely plays differently in user OD games, but we have all built our teams up to a high prestige/talent level. Our CPU games all have a high score in the 30's and 40's, but when the user games are played it ends up being a 50ish shootout.

yes, slider revert to default for whatever difficulty you have it set for in user vs. user games.

If you play the CPU in an online dynasty game, does it use your custom sliders for that or does it use the default difficulty level?

games vs. CPU will use the custom sliders that was setup. only user vs. user games use default sliders.
