Re: 1st Image of NCAA Football 10

I could be mistaken but I thought 1 of the big things EA hyped for '10 was depth of field changes. Isn't that what they were emphasizing with the '10 photo? In '11, so far they're hyping equipment options, refs, custom conference logs, etc so that's what's highlighted in the '11 photo.

I'm not getting excited about momentum yet. You can take a screen shot like that with NCAA 10 making a cut like that. You can do them with the left stick as well.

Im sure it wont be the skate fest it was last year. Im assuming it will be like M10. Not great but much much improved. With momentum being on that BS list they put out earlier and all the complianing(alot by me) about it Im sure it wont be like NCAA 10.

Yea I think it will be improved too, but not to the extent people are hoping. I really hope they don't have the running animations from Madden 10. All of them were horrible.
I think EA's animation system for this generation is just bad. Legs clipping and getting tangles, goofy stiff animations, the jet animations, legs going through the ground, things are just bad.

Exactly. Not eating the cheese again this year! That '10 screen shot was all fluff. Not buying into the '11 hype at all.

i think they did a smart thing by trying to show us as many of the equipment upgrades and visual upgrades as possible to eliminate all those threads and people that will ask for and complain about these things and wanting them to be in the game. They came out from the start and silenced those people so we dont need threads about colored cleats, new cleats, arm braces, different helmets, etc.

Now the only real thing left to talk about is gameplay and physics. Sure we can talk about improving some modes or adding more to those but at this point dynasty mode is pretty much set and is pretty good. But now all of the focus is on gameplay and what theyve done to improve that.

Now that we've seen the visuals and those complaints are out of the way, theres nothing left to hide behind.
