Political Correctness in NCAA 2004?

The shield they had to use for a created schools logo used to have kind of a cross on it. It wasn't exactly a cross because it had two horizonalbeams instead of one, but it was still good for a Catholic or Christian school or something if that's where you went. Now the shield has a family crest-like pattern and a little fleur de lis in the corner. I wonder if EA/Tiburon think the old one was "too religious" or just wanted a new, more ornate version.

There is always PC in sports games, otherwise we would have probations and suspensions just like in real life.

As for the cross thingy you are probably right, but there is a college called HOLY CROSS and I believe they are in the basketball game, maybe next year it will be called HOLY POLE (uggh, that sounds nasty.)
