Yeah not really. He is going to be a good pick if he is able to come back from his injury and surgery due to his great athleticism and being very versatile

Yeah thats why and I like their stadium and I need to play with a B10 team this year.

I didn't buy 10 but in '09 I ran with Syracuse, '08 Kansas, '07 Maryland, and '06 Oklahoma State so I need to return to the B10 this year.

For Rutgers;

Recruit undersized but speedy Defensive Lineman. Try to nab players with high awareness/high football IQ.

I'll be looking for some bruising run blocking tight ends. We have some decent athletic pass catching tight ends, but we need some run blockers, we end up just throwing out an extra OT in those situations.

We will need a QB for the future, after Savage is no one other than Chas Dodd.

Where would I recruit?

Well lock down NJ and steal the best of NY away from Cuse. Expand southwards into MD,DE,VA. Plus there is always Schiano's roots in South Florida.

The UCF Knights will focus on getting an NFL style QB and work on building a run the ball, playaction type of offense.

A position to look for is a versatile FB/HB/TE that can block, catch and run.

On defense I will focus on getting a strong DT rotation and zone coverage CB's.

Murray (TeamBuilder)
Dual Threat QB's
Small, crafty HB's who can catch. For ever 2 of those, I need 1 big guy for FB.
Regular OL
Run stopping DL
Quick LB's
Zone/Hard Hitting CB's

LSU
Pocket QB's
Recruit the **** outta HB's....i'm going to abuse formation subs. I need at least one of every flavor.
Pass Block T
Run Block G
Whatever I can get at C
Pass rush DE
Run stop DT's
Huge MLB
Mobile OLB's
Lockdown corners. (including the badass FS)

For LSU:

Recruit small, speed rushing DE's and stout, run stopping DT's.

Undersized and fast LBer's that fly to the ball and can play man well.

Man coverage CBs that can press receivers well

Big hitting head hunter SS and coverage FS

For offense, strong, run blocking o-line to return the running game that brought us 2 Nat'l titles.

Fast QB's with strong arm.

Tall, deep threat WR's on the outside and speedy/agile slot WR.

Power RB

Receiving TE's

Re: What's your Recruiting plan for your team in NCAA 11?

As USF always does, we will look for the hidden gems that Florida, FSU, and Miami overlook, like B.J. Daniels who wanted to go to Florida State but couldn't get an offer (and then beat them in his first start). Also use him as a model for recruiting QBs to run the spread option. We also need a Running Back who can make an impact next year, although that will be hard to get. Continue to recruit tall athletic receivers.

On defense I am looking for athleticism and depth, so that when people leave, we will have replacements (unlike this year).

On both sides, athleticism is key and some of the strongest and fastest players in the world come up playing high school ball in Florida. I would like to build the team just like Miami was built in the 80s.
