Im recruiting for a 3-4 Defense and Im wondering who from the depth Chart Plays the 4th Linebacker so i know which prospects to go after.
Is it one of the Outside Linebackers or a defensive end/tackle?

The 2nd MLB on the depth chart is the 4th LB for the 3-4.

If you're looking to recruit for a truly legit 3-4 then I'd go for:

2 DTs (to play at 3-4 DE)
1 DT (Big Hogmollie to play NT, MUST be over 300 lbs)
2 Speedy DEs/Strong OLBs (to play OLB, think Sergio Kindle)
2 MLB/OLB (to play MLB)

Keep in mind that speed is always preferred with 3-4 LBs. You want your DL to be strong enough to handle one or more blockers with ease.
