I disagree with the Sun Belt being the weakest conference. The Sun Belt can compete with the Mid-American, Mountain West, & WAC. I look at strength of conference being top to bottom. I think all conferences that are not BCS conferences are on the same level. The reason the other conferences are believed to be better is: WAC - Hawaii & Boise MW- TCU & BYU Mid Amer - Dan Lefevour.

I'll put it this way there are more impact players playing on Sunday from the Sun Belt than these other conferences.

The Sun Belt isn't anywhere near the MWC.

MAC and WAC I can see.

You also forgot about Utah in the MWC. Any of those top 3 teams would win the Sun Belt every year.
