Big 12 All American/All Star team

Ive done an AA/AS team for the 6 big conferences and then im going to create these teams in teambuilder and then create one big All star team out of all the conferences so guys like Kellen Moore and Case Keenum could make the team. (dont worry, they will have all the exact player ratings) So here is my Big 12 AA team...hope you like it and tell me if im missing anybody or if a player is at the wrong position. Ill explain more about the teams later on if you have any questions. Also these players are in no particular depth chart order.

Looks good, but I would replace Potts with Steven Sheffield. I live in Lubbock, and Sheffield is way better.

Re: Big 12 All American/All Star team

I guess it is kind of knit picky but broyles is the best WR in the big 12 and demarco is a top three back. I like Batch as a do everything back but he does everything good and nothing great if that makes sense. I am not bashing the guy cause like i said i like him as a player, but i think murray should be ahead of him. And Frank Alexander needs to be on the DE's list. man i sound like a homer ha ha.

Re: Big 12 All American/All Star team

Pretty good list. I think Orie Lemon will prove to be one of the top 2 LBs this year; however, with his injury last season, his ranking on this list is justified.

Keep an eye out for QB Brandon Weeden. The man looks like a player, and could really surprise people this year. I'm not saying he should be on this list because he's played very few meaningful minutes, just saying to keep an eye out for him this season.

Murray is one of the top 3 backs in the Big 12 ... when healthy. That's been the problem however. Number 5 seems pretty fair due to his history of injuries. Of course, Kendall Hunter was hurt most of last year too and still took the top spot. However, he seems to be healed up and that's been the only injury trouble he's ever had in his career.

Good list. Man, I'm getting excited for football.

EDIT: Just saw your post that you're not ranking these guys in any particular order.

Re: Big 12 All American/All Star team

I think you're missing a guy in Brandon Harold from K-State. 6'5" Defensive End. From the K-State official website:

"A freshman All-American in 2008 who battled through injury last season... Should return to full strength and contend for All-Big 12 honors in 2010.

2009: Made only appearance of the season at Texas Tech after battling an injury during the first five games... Carded one tackle, which went for a one-yard loss, against the Red Raiders.

2008: Appeared in all 12 games, starting the final 10... A freshman All-American by Sporting News, the FWAA, Phil Steele and College Football News... Also an honorable mention All-Big 12 performer... Finished the year with 45 total tackles, 10.5 for loss, three sacks and two forced fumbles... Ranked first nationally among freshmen with 10.5 tackles for loss, ninth in the Big 12 Conference with 10.5 tackles for loss, first in the Big 12 among freshmen defensive linemen in tackles, seventh in the Big 12 among all defensive linemen in total tackles, fifth in the Big 12 among all freshmen defenders with 45 total tackles and second in the Big 12 among freshmen with 3.0 sacks... Was one of 11 Wildcats with at least 40 tackles... Also led K-State in tackles for loss... Turned in six stops, including two for a loss, and a forced fumble at Colorado... Recorded a career-high seven tackles against Louisiana to go along with a career-best two sacks and three tackles for loss... Recorded five tackles, two of which went for loss, and collected his first career sack at Louisville... Recorded three takedowns, including 0.5 for loss, in his debut against North Texas... Followed that up with a monstrous game vs. Montana State, collected six tackles, including three for a loss of seven yards."

Thanks for seeing that later on haha, i think ive had to say that 3-4 times every thread post on my teams i have to check and since im making these teams in teambuilder, off of player ratings, Brandon Weeden probably wont be rated very high so therefore wont make the team haha but I will keep an eye on him
