At the start of RTG, you create your player and control him through your state tournament and get scouted by various schools. Your player rating depends on how well you do in the state tourny. Fairly easy to be a 5* recruit, imo.

interesting, how do you guys all like the presentation updates?

Me personally I would love if they would let you control your entire senior season at HS. Go through all the colleges calling you each week and work on getting your team to the HS playoffs..

And i swear some of you are blind because you have to have a football title each year. The amount of improvements year to year in the NCAA series has been pathetic. EASILY the worst in all the major sports titles. This is the first year they seem to be making an effort. Stop sticking up for mediocrity.

Yea, we get one improvement a year, it seems. And then they remove some other feature. Which is funny considering the PS3 uses discs with FAR LARGER capacity, and they're removing material? The fact that 2008 and 2009 went WITHOUT a create-a-school/teambuilder? Ridiculous. The lack of improvements to Campus Legend/Road to Glory/Just-ReName-This-Mode-They-Wont-Notice, ridiculous. The animations that I can SWEAR I saw back in NCAA 2005, ridiculous. The linemen and fullbacks that can't block the right person time and time again? Ridiculous....We'll see how this season's roster updat--I mean, new title will come out.
