slide protection: what works

waht works for you on certain plays? I just cant seem to get it down

On inside runs and runs off tackle I normally put it on aggressive. On sweeps, I'll normally slide the blocks to the direction of the sweep.

In NCAA 10 I usually had the O-line pinch on screen plays ... gave me an extra second to let the blockers set up and dump off the ball to the back.

Apart from that, I'd occasionally slide my OL to the side if I was planning to roll out or to help shut down a dangerous DE.
