I would go about it a different way.

1. Find the 5-10 lowest ranked teams in the game

2. Take a look at their uniforms and stadium to see who appeals to you on the eye (this is important for longevity IMO)

3. Make a decision from there around your style of play whilst looking at the key positions on your team (e.g. If you like to have a scrambling QB, take the team that has the highest rated when on the move).

You could try Washington State, they have about a 35,000 seat stadium and a bunch of alternate jersey options.....They are probably the worst BCS team in the whole game this year.
