Is it 100% confirmed that it will not be on the PSP?

Is there a version year that is worth buying if it is not coming out on it?

I don't have the time to play my PS3 anymore but I find time here and there to play the PSP and I really enjoy playing the PSP and watching games on TV. So I wish they would make the PSP version and add the Teambuilder function to make your own teams.

If you have a PS3, then you might as well get it for that system....because there will be no PSP version.
